Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Moraine, OH to move, label, and track record boxes, assist with packing pallets, and ensure accurate inventory. You will work on-site, handling boxes up to 50 lbs and using hand trucks and pallet jacks within a standard Monday–Friday schedule.

The role requires physical work, attention to detail, and the ability to pass a background check and fingerprinting as part of federal security requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse/shipping or material handling environments.
• Strong attention to detail with labels and lists.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend and lift up to 50 lbs during an 8-hour shift.
• US citizenship required due to federal security rules.
• Must be willing to undergo fingerprinting and pass a federal background check.

Responsibilities

• Move and stage records: safely pull, move, and stack record boxes weighing up to 50 lbs, including elevated platforms up to 15 feet high.
• Label and track: apply barcode and RFID labels on boxes in exact locations for electronic tracking.
• Pack and secure pallets: arrange boxes on pallets and wrap securely for shipping.
• Check inventory: verify box numbers against pull lists before moving.
• Use material handling gear: move boxes using hand trucks, carts, and pallet jacks.
