Job summary

Vistar in Fontana, CA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to pick, pack and prepare customer orders in a multi-level rack warehouse.

You will operate an electric pallet jack / forklift, place pallets for shipment, and ensure safety and quality standards while meeting productivity targets. Shift: Sunday-Thursday with start times 12:00pm or 3:00pm; end times vary by volume. Full-time with benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work the scheduled times and overtime as required.
• Able to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
• Able to lift 10–35 lbs and generally up to 60–90 lbs depending on location.
• Able to work in cooler, freezer and dry environments.
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Select cases and containers to fill customer orders from multi-level rack warehouse storage.
• Place pallets on pallet jack and move completed orders to loading dock staging area.
• Operate electric pallet jack / forklift, wrap and label orders for shipment.
• Maintain safety and quality standards and ensure efficient product flow through the process.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
