Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; related experience preferred but not required.
• Experience operating a forklift preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift and related equipment to load/unload trucks and move material within the warehouse.
• Review shipments and advise management of shortages or damaged shipments.
• Attach identifying tags to containers or mark them with identifying information.
• Read work orders or receive instructions to determine work assignments or material/equipment needs.
• Record numbers of units handled or moved using production sheets or scanners.
• Sort cargo before loading and unloading.
• Maintain warehouse area in a neat and organized manner.
• Comply with OSHA regulations and safety requirements.
