Job summary

Customized Distribution Service is seeking a Warehouse Forklift Operator in Allentown, PA, working Monday through Friday from 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm. The role focuses on safe forklift operation, order picking, inventory control, and quality checks within a fast-paced distribution center.

Qualifications

• Experience operating sit-down, stand-up, Walkie Rider, or Hi-Lo forklifts.
• Warehouse experience with order picking and inventory checks is required.
• Knowledge of RF scanners and pallet jacks is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend to attendance and tardiness standards.
• Load and unload products safely and accurately.
• Operate multiple forklift types and maintain certification.
• Process orders, pick shipments, and verify quantities.
• Inspect and report damaged products and pallets.
• Assist training of new hires and support housekeeping.
• Maintain RF system proficiency and adhere to procedures.
