Total-Warehouse-Solutions in Youngstown, OH is hiring for a Full-Time Warehouse Employee. The role offers 2nd shift hours, base pay $17–$20 per hour plus production incentives, sign-on bonus and weekly pay.

You'll perform loading, unloading, picking, packing, and staging for shipments, using pallet jacks and forklifts after training. Weekly incentives and comprehensive benefits accompany a strong teamwork culture and safety focus.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Location: Youngstown, OH
Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday-Friday | 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour (Base Pay + Production Incentives)
Sign-On Bonus: $750+

What You'll Do

As a Warehouse Employee, you'll play a critical role in the movement and storage of products throughout our facility.

Responsibilities Include:

• Operate pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, forklifts, and other equipment when authorized.

• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
