Employ-Temps in Boardman, OH is seeking reliable individuals for a Warehouse Lumper role. This full-time, on-site position involves operating a pallet jack and stand-up tow motor, unloading inbound trucks, stacking and moving pallets, and picking orders for customers.

Expect physical work in varied temperatures from refrigerated areas to freezers. Shift runs Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with a starting pay of $14.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual labor.
• Able to read, write and communicate effectively.
• Work in refrigerated environment 8+ hours.
• Able to read and safely operate pallet jack.

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge of warehouse layout and inventory placement.
• Operate all power industrial equipment safely while moving in the facility.
• Unload pallets from inbound trucks.
• Hand stack items between pallets at varying heights and weights.
• Hand select items at varying heights and temperatures throughout the shift.
• Lift 1–75 lbs, up to 90 lbs on occasion.

Job description

Warehouse Lumper

We are seeking hardworking and enthusiastic individuals, that take pride in a job well done. The Warehouse Lumper is responsible for operating a pallet jack / stand-up tow motor, unloading inbound trucks, stacking product from one pallet onto another pallet, picking walk-up customers orders and loading them into their vehicles.for a customer in Boardman, OH.

In this position is physical and involves constantly moves about to coordinate work, walking most of the shift, lifting items frequently throughout the shift – this is a manual labor position

The job will require working in areas with varied temperatures from refrigerated (34 degrees) to a freezer (-10 degrees).

Shift:

• Monday-Friday 06:00am- 2:30pm

Pay:

• $14.00/hour

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a good working knowledge of the warehouse layout and inventory placement
• Operate all power industrial equipment in a safe manner while moving throughout the facility
• Unload pallets of freight off of inbound trucks
• Hand stack items at varying heights, weights and quantities in different temperatures from one pallet onto another pallet
• Hand select items at varying heights, weights, quantities in different temperatures throughout the shift
• Able to move in a full range of physical activity including bending and lifting weight from 1 -75 lbs., up to 90lbs. on occasion

Minimum Requirements

• Must be 18+ years of age
• Physically fit- Constantly moves about to coordinate work, walking most of the shift, lifting items frequently throughout the shift – this is a manual labor position
• Able to read, write and communicate effectively as it relates to the job and safety requirements -Basic math skills as it relates to the job
• Work in refrigerated environment eight (8) hours or more
• Ability to be certified and safely operate a pallet jack
