Total Warehouse Solutions in Milford, CT is hiring for a Full-Time Warehouse Employee. Day shift, Monday-Friday 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM. Pay is $19.00 per hour with overtime opportunities.

Join a team that keeps freight moving; benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid training and weekly pay. Sign-on bonus $750 and referral bonus $750.

You'll load/unload, move and stage products, operate pallet jacks and forklifts, read load sheets, and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload products from trailers and containers.
• Move, organize, and stage products throughout the warehouse.
• Operate pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment.
• Read labels, load sheets, and work instructions accurately.
• Follow directions from supervisors and team leaders.
• Complete OSHA training and safely operate motorized equipment when certified.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Meet daily productivity and loading/unloading goals.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

What You'll Do

As a Warehouse Employee, you'll play a critical role in keeping warehouse operations running safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload products from trailers and containers.
• Move, organize, and stage products throughout the warehouse.
• Operate pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment.
• Read labels, load sheets, and work instructions accurately.
• Follow verbal and written directions from supervisors and team leaders.
• Complete OSHA training and safely operate motorized equipment when certified.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Meet daily productivity and loading/unloading goals.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.

• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays when required
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Ability to work in varying warehouse conditions, including heat, cold, and noise
