Job summary

PACCAR Parts is hiring a full-time Distribution Associate in Lancaster, PA. You will verify deliveries, stock materials, pick and pack orders, and prepare shipments using our warehouse software. The role includes training opportunities and a pathway to advance within PACCAR’s distribution network.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Commitment to safety in all warehouse processes.
• Willingness to rotate through all warehouse functions as needed.
• Regularly lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Able to withstand heights up to 30 feet.

Responsibilities

• Verify delivery bills and product receipt and address warehouse issues.
• Assess quantity, size, weight, and volume to stock materials in locations.
• Process customer orders using warehouse order picking software.
• Pack items following best practices to ensure safe delivery.
• Prepare shipping documentation, weight, and freight classification.
• Assist in training new employees as needed.
