Job summary

Cintas Corporation in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Warehouse Associate - Pick/Pack on 1st shift to support fast-moving operations and fulfill customer orders accurately.

You will locate and move products using electric pallet walkers or forklift, record quantities in SAP, and prepare completed pallets for shipment. Strong safety awareness and ability to work standing most of the day are required. This is a full-time, on-site role with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand and walk up to 7 hours per day.
• Basic English language comprehension and speaking.
• Basic computer skills to operate warehouse machines.
• Experience operating heavy machinery preferred.

Responsibilities

• Locate and move products to designated areas using equipment.
• Record quantities and update SAP for orders.
• Prepare and stage completed pallets for shipment.
