Job summary

S&S Activewear, LLC in Olathe, KS is hiring an Order Puller to pull and pack orders accurately and efficiently. The role focuses on meeting daily production goals and safety KPIs while contributing to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

The position is full-time and onsite, with a typical shift from 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Compensation is $20.09 per hour, with eligibility for standard company benefits.

• Prepare customer orders accurately and timely to meet daily production goals.
• Follow and commit to KPI targets for safety, quality, production, efficiency, and service requirements.
• Prepare and pack goods for shipment.
• Report discrepancies, damaged items, shortages, or unidentified packages to supervisor.
• Operate machinery including pallet jack and stock chaser.
• Contribute to a culture focused on employee safety and a safe work environment.
• Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Train in Will Call and other customer service duties.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Order Puller is responsible for pulling and packing orders correctly while meeting productivity and accuracy standards.

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

$20.09 per hour, Monday - Friday (12pm - 8:30pm), Full-Time, Non-Exempt
