Job summary

S&S Activewear is hiring a Restock Driver in Olathe, KS. You will retrieve inventory from floor and up-stock areas and deliver to stocking or shipment zones, operating warehouse machinery safely.

The role requires forklift/cherry picker experience, ability to lift 50 lbs, and adherence to safety rules. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–1:30 PM, onsite at 15400 S. Green Rd, Olathe, KS 66061.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Operate warehouse machinery - Forklift/Cherry Picker experience.
• Stand and walk 8+ hours per day.
• Able to bend, stoop and twist repetitively.
• Work independently without close supervision.
• Read and understand labels written in English.
• Flexible hours and overtime when required.

• Safely operate all warehouse equipment and follow leadership directions.

About the Role

The Restock Driver will be responsible for retrieving inventory from both floor locations and up-stock storage for Product Transfers and deliver to the designated area for stocking or shipment. The Restock Driver is required to operate machinery following all safety rules and regulations.

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

$21.12 hourly

Monday - Friday (5AM-1:30PM), Full-Time, Non-exempt

Onsite: 15400 S. Green Road - Olathe, KS 66061

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Operate material handling equipment needed to perform primary role i.e; Reach Truck
• Perform and complete daily safety inspection check list for all equipment used.
• Maintain productivity minimum requirements CPH

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Must be 18 years or older
• Have the physical strength and dexterity to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Ability to follow detailed instructions
• Ability to operate warehouse machinery - Forklift/Cherry Picker Driver Experience
• Ability to stand and walk for 8+ hours per day
• Ability to bend, stoop, and twist repetitively

• Ability to work flexible hours and overtime when required

PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT

Must be able to wear proper safety equipment if required (examples include safety toe shoes, bump caps and safety vest). Note: PPE is company-provided with a $100 stipend on safety-toe shoes after 90 days of employment if required for your specific role - not all roles require specific PPE. Please check with your HR/Training team for details on if your role requires specific PPE.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

In performing the job of a Restock Driver, the employee must stand and walk for an 8+ hour shift. Additionally, the position requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching and handling of items up to 50 lbs. Moderate Hand-Eye coordination, near vision, far vision and hearing is required for the operation of warehouse machinery.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

• The job will be performed entirely in the warehouse where conditions can range from warm to cool.
• The job will be performed around warehouse machines and equipment with a moderate level of noise.
