S&S Activewear in Olathe, Kansas is seeking an Order Puller to accurately pull and pack customer orders on a Monday–Friday day portion. ABOUT THE ROLE The Order Puller is responsible for pulling and packing orders correctly while meeting productivity and accuracy standards. COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE $20.09 per hour, Monday - Friday (12pm - 8:30pm), Full-Time, Non-Exempt ONSITE: 15400 South Green Road - Olathe, KS 66061 WHAT YOU WILL DO Prepare customer orders accurately and timely to meet daily production goals. Follow and commit to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for safety, quality, production, efficiency, and service requirements. Prepare and pack goods for shipment. Report and record any discrepancy, damaged items, shortages, broken or unidentified packages to the supervisor. Operates machinery including pallet jack, and stock chaser. Contributes to a culture and environment focused daily on employee safety and a safe work environment. Performs inventory counts and reconciles any discrepancies.
