NorthEast Electrical is seeking a Full Time Warehouse Associate in Worcester, MA to support growing operations. The role involves loading/unloading, material handling with forklift and pallet jack, and ensuring accurate receiving, shipping, and recordkeeping.

You will participate in cycle counts, packing, labeling, and routing of materials while adhering to safety standards. Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential for success in this busy distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to learn Eclipse software system.
• Reliable and able to work in a team.
• Attention to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks and move material safely using forklift, pallet jack, handcart, or other device.
• Count, check, prepare, and record items received or shipped.
• Assemble, package, label, stack, palletize, and route material for delivery or storage.
• Complete paperwork, documentation, and data input per procedures.
• Maintain inventory through cycle counts and stock checks.
• Perform routine maintenance and housekeeping duties.
• Learn NorthEast policies, product knowledge and attend requested training/meetings.
• Assist customers and coworkers in a helpful, cooperative manner.
• Acquire working knowledge of the Eclipse software support system.
