Job summary

NorthEast Electrical, part of the Sonepar group, is hiring a Full Time Warehouse Associate for our Worcester, MA location. Typical day includes loading/unloading, inventory checks, and material routing to ensure safe delivery and storage.

You will use Eclipse software to document transactions and keep records updated. We offer comprehensive benefits, daily hours 8am-5pm, and a competitive pay rate of $20.00 to $21.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and time management are essential.
• Experience or familiarity with warehouse picking and packing processes.
• Dependable, team-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Must have working knowledge of Eclipse software.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks and move materials safely using forklift, pallet jack, or handcart.
• Count, check, prepare, and record items received or shipped.
• Assemble, package, label, stack, palletize, and route material for delivery or storage.
• Complete paperwork, documentation, and data entry per procedures.
• Maintain inventory through cycle counts and stock checks; perform housekeeping duties.
• Acquire knowledge of NorthEast policies and products; participate in training and meetings as requested.
