Compensation:

This position is hourly, starting at $23.70/hour, with three raises in 12 months bringing the pay to $24.90/hour.

• + $1/hour for powered industrial equipment (PIE) operators
• Bonus eligibility based on individual and building performance

Why Join Our Team?

We're hiring full-time Warehouse Associates. You'll report to a Warehouse Supervisor or Process Manager and collaborate with team members to accomplish warehouse tasks. The location is: 6725 S. Todd Blvd, Tukwila, WA 98188.

Note: Starting in 2026, operations will transition to a new, highly automated warehouse in Gresham, Oregon. We aim to retain as many team members as possible during this transition, offering relocation assistance and fair treatment.

The longer you stay, the more you'll earn through wage increases, quarterly bonuses, and merit increases. Facility reassignments will occur over many months with potential relocation assistance.

Shifts:

Day shift: FT Monday - Friday, 9/9:30am start.

Night shift: FT Sunday - Wednesday, 4x10 shift from 9pm - 7:30am.

Annual Pay Increase & Quarterly Stay Bonus:

In 2024, a $1/hr increase as a stay incentive; in 2025, $2/hr. Additionally, a $1,500 bonus per quarter for continuous employment through facility closure.

Relocation Assistance:

Eligible team members may receive relocation support for moving to Gresham, Oregon, in 2026. Details forthcoming in 2025.

You Will:

• Complete outbound warehouse tasks safely, with high quality.
• Ensure correct packing and shipping to meet customer expectations.
• Meet safety, quality, productivity, behavior, attendance, and overtime requirements.
• Operate computerized scanning equipment and maintain a safe, organized environment per OSHA and hazardous material standards.
• Perform other tasks as directed.

You Have:

• Comfort working on your feet around heat, cold, noise, dust, moving equipment, and elevated stations.
• High school diploma or equivalent, and at least 18 years old.
• Ability to accept feedback and work well in a team.
• Physical ability to lift, push, and slide packages up to 50 lbs., occasionally up to 75 lbs.
• *For PIE operators: operate warehouse vehicles and powered industrial equipment like Crown, Pacer, Reach Truck, Order Picker, Barrett, and Turret Truck.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in warehouse, retail, or customer service environments.
• Strong attention to detail, quality, and safety.
