Sodexo is seeking a Wait Staff Non-Tipped at AMERICAN EXPRESS LOUNGE - CLT. This full-time role requires providing attentive service, suggesting menu items, and ensuring guest satisfaction in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 0–1 year related experience.
• Must meet minimum age to serve alcohol per local regulations.
• TIPS/TEAM or equivalent alcohol-service certification may be required.

Responsabilités

• Greet and seat guests, present menus, and introduce specials.
• Recommend meals/beverages and answer questions about menu items/allergens.
• Take and relay orders accurately to the kitchen in order.
• Check items for quality and presentation.
• Monitor guest needs and address concerns professionally.
• Mobility required for significant walking or standing.
• Lift up to 35 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds.
• Use hands to perform service tasks.
• Taste and smell capabilities required.
• Attend scheduled shifts on time with regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Formation

High School diploma / GED / equivalent

0–1 year related experience

Age to serve alcohol per local laws

TIPS/TEAM alcohol-service certification
