Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and take orders following established steps of service.
• Deliver food promptly and maintain safe food handling and sanitation standards.
• Advise guests on menu items and accommodate dietary needs and allergies.
• Communicate with back-of-house staff to ensure correct orders and special requests.
• Exhibit strong communication skills and work well with guests and staff.
• Collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures.
• Promote a clean, safe, and neat dining environment.
• Address complaints promptly and inform supervisor as needed.
• Ensure dining room setup before and after service and maintain sanitation.
• Operate equipment such as beverage machines and phones.
• Assist other departments during special events and perform other duties.
