Job summary

Sodexo Group is hiring Wait Staff Non-Tipped for the UNITED CLUB AUS location. This full-time role offers a pay range of $22.80 hourly, with mornings shifts and varied days. You will greet guests, take orders, suggest menu items, and ensure high-quality service and guest satisfaction.

Training and benefits are provided, with a focus on safety and hospitality standards. The position requires excellent customer service, ability to stand and walk for extended periods, and flexibility to work

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 0–1 year related experience.
• Must meet local age requirements to serve alcohol.
• TIPS/TEAM or equivalent alcohol-service certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, present menus, and introduce specials or menu changes.
• Provide recommendations on meals, beverages, and wine; answer questions about menu items and allergens.
• Accurately take and relay orders to the kitchen; confirm orders and process them in sequence.
• Check items for quality and presentation; ensure attractiveness and consistency.
• Monitor guest needs; respond to requests and address concerns professionally.
