Job summary

Sodexo's UNITED CLUB - DCA location is seeking a Wait Staff Non-Tipped to deliver attentive service and exceed guest expectations. You will serve a variety of entrées, appetizers, desserts, and beverages with a professional and friendly approach.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 0–1 year experience, and possible alcohol-service certification. Flexible shifts and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 0 to 1 year related experience.
• May require alcohol-service certification (TIPS/TEAM) per state rules.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, present menus and specials.
• Take and relay orders accurately to the kitchen.
• Provide recommendations on meals and beverages, including wine.
• Ensure quality and attractive presentation of dishes.
• Address guest needs and handle concerns professionally.
• Stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
