Qualifications

• Reliable attendance with flexibility for holidays and occasional Saturdays.
• Ability to work independently and in teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Able to stand, walk, climb and be active for most of the shift.
• Lift and mobilize large items up to 100lbs solo; up to 200lbs with team lifting.
• Comfortable on ladders and heights up to 40 feet; trained to use basic tools.
• Willing to be trained to operate a scissor lift for high tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Visual Display Manager in maintaining attractive displays.
• Straighten showroom daily, adjust placement, ensure signage and pricing accuracy.
• Work with team to set up new merchandise per timelines.
• Execute rotating displays and seasonal changes under guidance.
• Keep showroom free of hazards and maintain displays; assist in warehouse organization.
• Process new merchandise including uncrating, assembly, and tagging.
• Support inventory accuracy by updating items and researching discrepancies.
• Foster a positive team culture and professional relationships.
• Use RC Willey systems to research products, manage inventory and price tags.
