Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the welcoming first point of contact for clients and their dogs and cats.
• Greet clients and manage patient check-in/check-out.
• Maintain an organized lobby flow.
• Use AVImark practice management software throughout the day.
• Manage appointment and boarding calendars in AVImark.
• Create and update electronic medical records.
• Process patient reminders and maintain client/patient information.
• Generate client estimates and invoices.
• Manage multi-line phone calls and electronic communications.
• Collaborate with the veterinary team to coordinate appointments.
