Job summary

ACERTUS is seeking a Service Porter to support vehicle movement, parking, cleanliness, and inventory control at our hub. This full-time role interacts with the Operations Team, Clients, and Vendors, with a Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm schedule.

You will tag and park vehicles, receive and release them, perform weekly inventories, and assist with maintenance runs. Prior dealership porter experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 23 years of age.
• 65+ review for insurance purposes.
• HS diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Regular Driver's License.
• DOT medical card preferred.
• Clean MVR.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Previous dealership porter experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Place a numbered tag on a vehicle windshield to be parked.
• Drive the vehicle to parking space or point out a space for the driver.
• Receive and release vehicles.
• Complete weekly inventory of vehicles at the hub.
• Run vehicles to and from Repair/Maintenance shops.
• Service vehicles with gasoline, oil, and water.
• Stage vehicles for pickup.
• Take photos of vehicles at client’s request.
• Patrol area to maintain security and prevent theft.
• All other duties as assigned by management.
