UT Health East Texas Physicians Canton - Family Medicine , a family medicine and urgent care clinic, is searching for a family medicinePhysician Assistant or Nurse Practitionerto join its established team in Canton, TX.

About the Position:

· Join a team of 1 physician

· Shared call (phone only)

· APP generally works three 12-hour shifts

• Clinic Hours are M-F 7am to 7pm, Sat 8am to 6pm, and Sun 1pm to 5pm

· Onsite X-ray and Labs

· Epic EMR
