UT Health East Texas Physicians Canton - Family Medicine, a family medicine and urgent care clinic, is searching for a family medicine Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join its established team in Canton, TX.

About the Position:

• Join a team of 1 physician
• Shared call (phone only)
• APP generally works three 12-hour shifts
• Clinic Hours are M-F 7am to 7pm, Sat 8am to 6pm, and Sun 1pm to 5pm
• Onsite X-ray and Labs
• Epic EMR
