Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate staffing, participate in developing and evaluating patient care goals, mentor and educate nursing staff, and serve as a resource for quality assurance. Oversee medication management and provide direct patient care to maintain clinical skills.
Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program with an Associate Degree or Nursing Diploma (3 years experience) or BSN (2 years experience). At least one year of nurse leadership experience is required. Current RN licensure and BLS/CPR certification are mandatory.
