Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required by policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to passengers, visitors and employees by following site procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of stations, platforms, grounds, parking areas and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity or violations.
• Respond to incidents calmly and coordinate with responders.
• Prepare clear incident reports per site procedures.
