Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience required.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols throughout retail areas, entrances, and parking to deter incidents.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious conditions or policy violations to management.
• Respond calmly to incidents and communicate with site leadership.
• Prepare clear incident reports and maintain site communications.
