Qualifications

• At least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing may be required by state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors while following site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, perimeter, parking areas, access points, and docks.
• Monitor access to designated areas, verify credentials, and document activity per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies calmly and assist as directed.
• Prepare clear reports of patrols, incidents, and observations per site protocols.
