Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and authorized individuals while following security procedures.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies with calm, professional, and protocol-driven actions.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, entrances, and parking areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry per site procedures; report suspicious activity.
• Complete accurate activity logs and incident reports and communicate information during shift changes.
