The technician will acquire ultrasound images for medical diagnoses, perform exams per scope and practice standards, and support patient care through clear explanations and compassionate interaction.

Applicants must graduate from a certified ultrasound program and be ARDMS certified in good standing; excellent communication with patients, physicians, and the care team is essential.

• Graduate of a certified ultrasound program.
• ARDMS certification in good standing.
• Excellent communication skills with patients and team.

Responsibilities

• Acquire ultrasound images used for medical diagnoses.
• Perform sonography per scope and standards of practice.
• Explain imaging procedures to patients and alleviate anxieties.
• Review images and document data for physician review.
• Maintain patient records and ensure quality and safety in imaging.
