Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is hiring a Trimmer/Climber to trim and remove trees, operate and service equipment, and keep work areas safe and orderly. This entry-level role offers on-site outdoor work with training and opportunities to handle larger tasks as you gain experience.

Applicants should be physically fit, able to work at heights, and capable of performing demanding tasks in various weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work with hands above head for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to walk, climb, and work from ladders, or at various heights, on uneven and slippery surfaces while handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Trims and/or removes trees, branches, trunk sections.
• Operates and services all required tools/equipment.
• Cuts and splits large debris into manageable pieces.
• Loads/unloads trucks and feeds brush into a woodchipper.
• Keeps trucks and work areas clear and orderly.
