Bright Horizons offers a full-time Toddler Teacher position in Provo, UT, inviting you to grow your teaching career and pursue a CDA or college degree at no cost. In this in-person role, you will deliver developmentally appropriate activities, maintain open parent communication, and ensure a safe classroom environment.

You will work with a team across centers as needed, with opportunities for growth and a strong focus on child well-being and family partnership.

Formación

• 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED is required.
• College-level coursework in early childhood education, CDA, or an associate or bachelor’s degree in early education or related field is preferred.
• 1 year of professional experience teaching in child care, daycare, or preschool settings is preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice (DAP) is required.

Responsabilidades

• Create hands-on activities to meet the needs and interests of the children.
• Maintain open communication with parents, sharing their child's daily milestones.
• Ensure a safe and clean classroom by following essential procedures and guidelines.
• Fulfill mandated reporter requirements as defined by the appropriate State agency, including reporting any suspected cases of child abuse or neglect to the agency and informing the director.
• Provide support in any classroom or age group where teaching coverage is needed across a center or in nearby locations.
