Job summary

Orange East Supervisory Union Valley Cooperative Preschool in Bradford, Vermont is seeking a dedicated Toddler Educator for a full-time, 40-hour week position. Immediate start; work with toddlers in a nurturing, play-based program.

Responsibilities include supervision, age-appropriate activities, and curriculum design, with CPR/First Aid and background checks required. Competitive pay $19–$22/hour, Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Current CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Two or more years of experience with children birth–grade 3.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Must pass background and fingerprints check.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive care and supervision for toddlers.
• Engage children in age-appropriate play, learning, and activities.
• Assist with diapering, toileting and personal care.
• Support children during meals and snacks.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom.
• Foster positive relationships with children, families and coworkers.
• Complete light cleaning and sanitizing duties as needed.
• Design and implement curriculum and classroom goals.
