Longwood Collective, Inc. is hiring a Full‑Time Toddler Teacher to nurture infants and toddlers, implement age‑appropriate activities, and support families in a warm, safe environment.

You’ll hold an EEC toddler certification, be at least 18, and bring experience in childcare and preschool settings, with the flexibility to work early shifts and weekend rotations.

Qualifications

• EEC certification in toddlers is required.
• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Experience working with children in a child care, daycare, or preschool setting.
• Ability to lift at least 35 lbs and supervise children at all times.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities and curriculum for toddlers ages 12 months through 2 years old or 18 months through 2.9 years old.
• Work a rotating schedule: 6:30 or 7 am-2:30 or 3 pm & 10 am-6 pm plus one rotating shift per week on Fridays.
• Create a warm, welcoming, and safe environment that supports children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
• Build positive, supportive relationships with children, parents, and fellow educators.
