Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in thrift retail environment.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification within 60 days.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.
• Ability to perform basic math for cash handling.
• Ability to work in a safety-conscious manner.

Responsabilités

• Process donations in Warehouse using provided safety equipment.
• Provide accurate checkout service and handle cash accurately.
• Open and close store following procedures.
• Assist Manager with quality checks and training.
• Maintain clean, safe donation station.
• Ensure protection against shoplifting and report suspicious activity.
• Move and sort donated items to storage or display areas.
• Relieve other workers during peak periods.
