Job summary

Flathead Industries in Kalispell is seeking a dedicated professional to teach and demonstrate habilitation services to individuals with developmental disabilities. You will work with one to four individuals at the Kalispell Thrift Store, aiding in daily tasks and client support.

Responsibilities include implementing and evaluating individual program plans for work training, plus actively participating in thrift store duties such as receiving goods, processing, and stocking.

Qualifications

• Education and experience equivalent to a high school diploma and completion of occupationally specific training.
• Ability to pass criminal and other background checks.
• Valid Montana Driver's License and insurability for operation of company vehicles.
• Successfully complete phase 1 of Flathead Industries Career Path Trainings.
• Ability to lift, move, or handle items weighing 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Teach and demonstrate habilitation services to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Work with one to four individuals at the Kalispell Thrift Store.
• Assist in implementing, assessing, and evaluating individual program plans for work training services.
• Follow guidelines for each individual's needs and provide client-specific training.
• Participate in thrift store tasks: accepting goods, processing, stocking.
