Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field.
• Experience supporting individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and mental health conditions.
• Proficiency with EHR systems or technically savvy.

Responsibilities

• Support persons with co-occurring developmental disabilities and mental health needs in daily routines.
• Assist with habilitative activities, personal care and health care at the START Center.
• Ensure a therapeutic environment and collaborate with providers and crisis services.
