Qualifications

• Retail, hospitality, food service, or customer-facing experience is helpful but not required.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the financial services industry.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting members and building lasting relationships.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, and other financial transactions accurately.
• Handle cash transactions while maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
• Identify member needs and recommend products and services that support their financial goals.
• Resolve member questions with professionalism, empathy, and care.
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver an exceptional banking experience.
• Follow established security procedures while maintaining transaction accuracy.
