Scope:
Under the direction of the Head Teller, the Teller supports the company’s core values and focuses on providing an exceptional client experience. The Teller provides basic cash receipt and payment services in accordance with financial institution procedures. Additionally, this person will provide a variety of customer savings, checking and credit account transactions, as well as customer services such as sales of money orders. The Teller also sells and opens deposit products, while referring other bank products.
