Job summary

PNC in Lansdowne, PA is seeking a Full-Time Teller to join the Retail organization and deliver a unique customer experience while helping customers improve their financial wellbeing. You'll process a variety of interactions, educate customers on available options, and position PNC products to meet their needs at the Lansdowne branch.

As part of a team, you'll adhere to policies, support daily operations, and refer opportunities to branch staff.

Qualifications

Roles at this level typically do not require a university / college degree, high school diploma, GED, or any significant experience or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties.

Responsibilities

Delivers a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet.
Identifies opportunities through meaningful conversations with customers, making appropriate referrals to branch staff.
Performs lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs.
Applies product and procedural knowledge to solve customer's problems.
Adheres to all policies and procedures, ensuring teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently.
