Responsibilities

• Assist members with deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other routine transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting members warmly and resolving inquiries or concerns.
• Educate members on credit union products and services including checking/savings, loans, and electronic banking options.
• Maintain a neat, organized workstation and follow security and compliance procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and promote a positive work environment.

Quincy Credit Union is currently seeking a personable, patient, and service-oriented individual to join our team as a full-time teller. As a teller, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our members and assisting them with a wide range of financial transactions.

Requirements
