As a Full Time Teller within PNC's Retail Branch organization, you will be based in Philadelphia, PA at the North Broad Branch, located at 5900 N BROAD ST, PHILADELPHIA, PA 19141.

Job Description

• Delivers a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet. Processes a variety of customer interactions. Educates customers on available financial options. Identifies banking opportunities and refers as appropriate.
• Engages with customers to identify opportunities and makes referrals to branch staff.
• Performs lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and promote PNC products. Educates customers on managing transactions using technology, tools, and resources.
• Uses product and procedural knowledge to resolve customer issues.
• Follows all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment. Ensures daily operations and transactions are completed accurately and efficiently.
