The Tellers serve as our front-line staff, working with members to meet their financial needs. They greet members, process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and handle various tasks. They consistently provide quality member service, accurately perform financial transactions, maintain cash/negotiable balancing standards, examine checks, follow internal controls to safeguard funds, organize work, and maintain records. They also maintain knowledge of credit union products and services to support sales efforts.

The duties of a Teller include, but are not limited to:

• Accurately and efficiently performing financial transactions affecting member accounts.
• Maintaining acceptable cash and negotiable balancing standards.
• Examining checks for endorsements and features.
• Following internal controls to safeguard funds and assets.
• Organizing work and maintaining accurate records.
• Supporting credit union sales efforts with product knowledge.
