Our Live Video Tellers accurately perform financial transactions affecting member accounts or loans through our Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs). They provide informed responses to questions from members and potential members, offer additional assistance as required, and follow established policies, procedures, and applicable laws. They must engage members and potential members via camera effectively.

The duties of a Live Video Teller include, but are not limited to:

• Responding to member questions and concerns with attentiveness and care, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
• Following set guidelines for servicing ITM video contacts and other communication channels, focusing on efficiency and responsiveness.
• Ensuring every member interaction is positive by displaying professionalism, greeting members warmly, and offering timely service.
• Staying up to date on security practices to reduce risk and mitigate fraud.
• Demonstrating dependability and attention to detail in duties.
