Responsibilities:

• Process various financial transactions accurately, including check cashing, deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
• Operate a teller drawer to serve customers in lobby or drive-up
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and refer customers appropriately
• Recognize potential fraud and report it; comply with policies and uphold Wintrust culture
• Assist with bank opening/closing and participate in community events as needed

Qualifications:

• At least 6 months of cash handling or customer service experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to travel between branches
• Availability to work all shifts, including Saturdays
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for long periods

Compensation:

The hourly rate ranges from $18.00 to $20.00, with eligibility for an annual bonus. Actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
