Precision Human Resource Solutions, Inc. is actively hiring full-time Teacher’s Aide and Educational Instructional Aide positions for ESY/Summer School 2026 in Leominster, MA. Openings span Preschool through High School, with potential long-term placement through the school year.

You will support teachers, help maintain a structured, student-centered classroom, and assist students academically, socially, and behaviorally. Strong communication and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• ParaPro Certification or Associate’s Degree preferred.
• Prior experience working with children or students in a school/classroom setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, students, and families.
• Experience supporting students with special needs, behavioral support, or emotional development is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Support classroom teachers with daily lessons, activities, and instructional support.
• Help create and maintain a structured, organized, and student-centered classroom environment.
• Assist students academically, socially, and behaviorally throughout the school day.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support as needed, including with students with special needs or behavioral challenges.
• Encourage student participation, confidence, and independence.
• Communicate student progress and concerns with teachers and staff as appropriate.
