Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• ParaPro Certification or Associate’s Degree preferred.
• Prior experience working with children or students in a school/classroom setting preferred.

Responsibilities

Hours & Compensation

• Full-time schedule: Monday through Friday during regular school hours
• Competitive pay: $21–$25+ per hour based on experience and education

Position Overview

As a Teacher’s Aide or Educational Instructional Aide, you will work closely with classroom teachers to help create a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment for students. Candidates who enjoy working with children, supporting student growth, and being part of a collaborative school team are encouraged to apply.
