Job summary

Compass Group USA, through its Bon Appétit unit, is seeking a full-time Sushi Chef at Colorado Christian University in Lakewood, CO. Location is onsite at the campus with days that may vary; 8 hours a week, between 1:00 PM and 11:00 PM, with more details provided at interview.

Responsibilities

• Offer sushi-focused service across restaurant, catering and events.
• Demonstrates knife skills and sushi prep/presentation.
• Store foods per safety procedures.
• Maintain proper food handling and serving temperatures.
• Keep equipment and workstation clean per sanitation standards.
• Explain daily menu items to customers and staff.
• Stay aligned with peak production and service hours.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
