Job summary

Jubilee Academies Jubilee San Antonio is seeking a Full Time Substitute to support daily operations across campus. You will supervise students, assist with classroom activities, and help maintain safety and order during transitions and events.

The role is salaried and non-exempt, with standard school hours Monday through Friday. Ideal candidates will have 2–5 years of experience with children in school settings, strong communication skills, and the ability to follow instructions and work

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work well with children and follow verbal or written instructions.
• Clear communication skills and ability to use general office and safety equipment.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill duties as a substitute teacher as needed.
• Supervise students in buildings and on school grounds.
• Assist with student concerns and minor disciplinary matters per policy.
• Assist staff during drills and emergencies as directed; help with orderly transitions between classes.
