Job summary

EVEREVE is seeking a Full-Time Stylist to lead by example and ensure every customer experiences the EVEREVE Styling Experience. You will help connect all customers with personalized service and foster a welcoming store environment.

As a team member, you will support daily store operations, maintain visual merchandising standards, and contribute to sales success while upholding the HEART values in daily interactions.

Qualifications

• Warm and friendly demeanor.
• Fashion credible, up to date on current trends and contemporary brands.

• Previous retail or leadership experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Act and lead through core values of HEART.
• Supports recruiting to build a team that shares HEART.
• Maintains a strong floor presence and fashion trend awareness.
• Leads by example following company standards and Store Manager guidance.
• When managers aren’t present, supports coaching of styling floor and daily operations.
• Drives results as lead sales generators in stores.
• Divides responsibilities by volume group.
